Carpinteria Beach Cottages feature one bedroom, spacious living and dining rooms, and full kitchens. Each California beach cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably. Open floor plans, lovely windows, and dutch doors (no need for screens – no bugs here on the CA Coast!) give the cottages’ full size kitchens, dining and living rooms a comfortable roomy feeling and lots of light and air. Having enough space to spread out, relax, and read, play, and explore make these beach vacation cottages the best possible home away from home.

Have fun with our casual, even-better-than-home environment. Each beach cottage includes a washer and dryer, wireless internet access, flat screen television, beach cruisers, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and vintage games like twister for you to enjoy, giving you the conveniences of home, as well as everything extra you might need to enjoy Carpinteria’s beaches. Take in the scenery or enjoy breakfast from the front porch swing. Make yourself a grilled feast at the barbecue area, and linger into the evening chatting around the picnic tables. For the ultimate in fresh, pick fruit from our fruit trees – You’re going to need some limes for those margaritas, aren’t you?

ADA Accessible Cottage: One of our cottages (#3) is ADA accessible. It is free of barriers for wheelchairs. The bathroom is a work in progress as we add grab bars and a tub seat (coming soon). Otherwise, we welcome those who need accessibility considerations. And we do have a designated parking space for those with special mobility needs. Want a more adventurous holiday? Take the train or local bus north to Santa Barbara (10 miles) or south to Ventura (12 miles). Step off the train within walking distance of either downtown areas, and enjoy even more of California.
